Services We Provide
Our residents choose Palm Village because they feel secure that their needs for housing, residential services and nursing care will be provided on our campus, usually for their lifetime. This type of residential community is called a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CRCC). A California state criteria unique to a CRCC must be met and monitored to maintain this designation in a retirement community.
Licensed as a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, the Health Care Center offers single and double accommodations with a registered nurse on duty 24 hours a day. All services are available to our Independent and Assisted Living residents as well as those referred by doctors and hospital discharge planners. A special care wing is devoted to individuals with Alzheimer's and memory impairments. The Health Care Center accepts Medi-Cal assistance, Medicare and other third-party insurances.
Services provided by Palm Village's Health Care Center include:
– Weekend and Evening Admits with prior notice
– Wheelchair Transport from your facility to ours
– Registered Nurse on duty 24 hours per day – Rehabilitation for short and long term (also offered as out patient to non-residents).
– Post Orthopedic Therapy
– Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy
– Post-Cardiac and CVA
– Complex Nursing Care
– Alzheimer’s Dementia and Cognition Care
– Semi-Private and Private Rooms
– IV Therapy
– Medicare and Medical
– Will work with HMO’s and PPO’s
