PALM VILLAGE SKILLED NURSING
The Health Care Center offers services to our Independent and Assisted Living residents as well as those referred by doctors and hospital discharge planners.
In addition to provisions for their health care the resident’s quality of life is enhanced with personal interaction from the staff including activities that provide recreation and mental stimulation. Many return to their former level of health here at Palm Village or at their off-campus residence.
